If you are reading this you may be feeling depressed or overwhelmed by anxiety — and you have decided to do something about it.

Maybe you are struggling with your identity, suffering from low self-esteem or overwhelmed by grief. Whatever the problem, just looking for a counsellor tells me you want to get better. In the safety of the counselling room, you will be valued and supported just as you are.

I have worked with clients as they tackled chronic anxiety, depression, eating disorders, questions of identity, abuse, work issues, grief and relationship difficulties. And I feel privileged to have witnessed clients move forward with renewed confidence.
